Jack Mario LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Site Policy:

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Jack Mario and anyone employed by Jack Mario LLC. By using this site you affirm you are age 18 years or older. The information on this site is intended for spiritual and personal development, and is not a substitute for legal, medical, psychological, business or financial advice; therefore we are not liable for decisions made, actions taken or inactions based on information provided.

Sessions Policy:

Those booking a session affirm they are age 18 years or older. Any information provided in session is not a substitute for legal, medical, psychological, business or financial advice; therefore we are not liable for decisions made, any actions taken or inactions based on information provided. All session are conducted by Zoom (within U.S.A and internationally) and phone (within U.S.A). You will receive an email 24 hours prior to your session as a reminder. If you are 10 minutes or more late to your session it will be considered a no show and you will you need to reschedule through the booking system and be charged again. If within the first 10 minutes of the session there isn’t a strong connection, the session will end and we can reschedule. However, if it goes pass the 10 minutes and you do not say anything we will consider services rendered.

Recording Policy:

While Jack does record private sessions for clients, technical issues do occur, so you are permitted to audio record the session yourself or take notes. Video recording is prohibited. Whether Jack emails you a recording of your session or you record the session yourself, you agree the recording is for your own personal use. It is not to be distributed or reproduced for media, profit, or public presentation.

Events Policy:

By purchasing tickets to any Jack Mario LLC event, you affirm you are age 18 years or older. Due to the subjects possibly covered and the emotional nature of these events it is recommended all attending be adults. However, minors age 12-17 may attend while accompanied by their parent or guardian. Other than in an event advertised as a small group reading (limited to 8 people), a personal connection is not guaranteed to everyone attending. By attending an event you consent to being photographed and/or video and audio recorded for marketing purposes. If you are causing a disturbance you may be removed from the event. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other events.

Payment & Refund Policy:

All payments are due at the time of booking and are considered final, non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to: private sessions, private group sessions, mentorships, classes, and all events.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:

For private readings rescheduled with more than 48 hours notice prior to the session, an alternative date and time will be offered at no additional charge one time. Rescheduling your appointment with less than 48 hours notice of the session, you will need to go through the booking system, choosing another date and processing payment. As stated in the “payment & refund” section, all payments are considered final, therefore cancelled appointments, regardless of timing are non-refundable.

Refusal of Service:

Jack Mario LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Reason for refusal of service may include, but is not limited to the following examples. Being disrespectful will lead to your session being terminated. Being disrespectful during an event will lead to your removal. Wearing clothing and/or accessories promoting bigotry will lead to your session being terminated, removed from the event, and banned from accessing services provided by Jack Mario LLC. If you have been banned from using any service Jack Mario LLC provides and still book with us, your reservation will be cancelled. In any case, no refund will be issued as all payments are considered final.

Changes to Services and Fees:

Services offered and fees are subject to change without notice.
